Watching carefully, so you know for certain

Surveillance is the core of field investigation: establishing, through direct and lawful observation, what a person actually does — where they go, who they meet, and how they conduct themselves. It replaces suspicion with fact.

Our investigators plan every surveillance operation around the specific questions you need answered. Work is conducted discreetly, within the law and the conditions of our licence, and without ever alerting the subject of the enquiry.

You receive a clear chronological report supported by time-stamped imagery or footage where lawfully obtained — material prepared from the outset to be relied upon in legal or insurance proceedings if the matter goes that way.

Common questions

Is private surveillance legal?

Yes, when conducted by licensed investigators within NSW law. We operate strictly within the Surveillance Devices Act and the conditions of our Master Licence — which is exactly what makes the resulting evidence usable.

Will the person know they are being observed?

No. Discretion is fundamental to the work. Operations are planned so that the subject is never alerted, and your identity as our client is never disclosed.

Can the evidence be used in court?

Our reports and supporting material are prepared to an evidentiary standard from the outset, and our investigators can give evidence about how the material was obtained if required.

Stop wondering. Start knowing.

Describe the situation in confidence and we will recommend the most economical way to get you an answer.
